General
There are two check-in areas at Glasgow Airport, both on the ground floor of the terminal building. Desks 1-39 are in the main terminal building and desks 40-64 (including Easyjet and MyTravel) are in T2. All flight numbers and destinations are displayed on the monitors at the entrance to the terminals, indicating which desk to check in at. Please check your ticket or contact your airline for advice on checking in times, but as a general guide:
- Long-haul flights – check in three hours prior to departure.
- European flights – check in two hours before departure.
- UK and Ireland flights – check in one hour prior to departure.
Self Service Check-In
Self service check-in (online and kiosk) is available to some passengers departing from Glasgow and can be a great way to save time on your journey through the airport. Please select the link in the left hand menu to see if this currently applies to your airline and destination.
Conference and Business Facilities
Should you wish to use our computers to surf the net Spectrum Interactive have fixed terminals located Starbucks in UK arrivals, at Gate 26 (Domestic Pier) and at Gate 3 (East Pier). Payment for this service is online with your credit card, or by using pounds sterling(£) and euro(€) coins at the access points themselves.
The Business Work Station on the first floor, at the east end of the airport building also offers internet access as well as other business services.
The Glasgow Airport Business Centre (+44 (0)141 847 5450) offers meeting rooms, conference facilities, an IT suite and full secretarial support.
The Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce (+44 (0)141 847 5499) has meeting rooms available for hire near to the main terminal building.
Conference facilities for up to 35 people are also available at the nearby Travel Inn (+44 (0)141 842 1563).
Disabled Facilities
If you have a disability, you can request assistance from the following points at Glasgow Airport: Help Points are situated on every level of car park 2, and an additional Help Point is located adjacent to the blue badge spaces in car park 1. One Help Point is also situated at the front of the main terminal building outside door 2, one in T2 Check-in, with further Help Phones located in baggage reclaim halls and in reserved seating areas.
Assistance is free to those with special needs, and this should be booked with your airline when you make your reservation.

Please allow at least 48 hours notice for the processing of your request to allow us to notify the appropriate handler. If the request is at short notice you can use the Help Points listed above and every endeavour will be made to provide assistance as quickly as possible.
