There are a wide range of facilities on offer to ensure your journey through the airport is relaxed and hassle free. These include a great choice of bars and restaurants and a fun children's play area.

Airport Chappel

This facility is available to airport passengers, staff, aircrew and other visitors of all faiths from 0500-2300hrs each day. The Chapel is located in the building opposite the terminal entrance.

The Chapel seats 30, and services are held regularly. The Chapel is LTNaged by the Airport Chaplaincy Team, consisting of a full-time ecumenical Chaplain plus three volunteer Chaplaincy Assistants.

Babycare Room

Special babycare rooms, equipped with changing tables, nappy dispensers and other essential equipment, provide comfort and privacy for passengers travelling with young babies.

Bureaux De Change

Money can be exchanged at one of the four Bureaux de Change outlets available throughout the terminal building. Travelex offer currency exchange, BT phonecards and travel insurance.

International Currency Exchange (ICE) offer currency exchange, BT and International phone cards and travel insurance.

Cash Point Machines

Barclaycard, Visa, HSBC and Access Link cash machines are situated within the terminal building with points in both check in/arrivals areas as well as departures.

Executive Lounge

Start your journey with a short stay in the Aviance Executive Lounge, enjoying the relaxed yet professional hospitality of our customer focused team.

Sit back and relax whilst the team serve you with a selection of hot and cold beverages and alcoholic drinks, whilst you watch TV, listen to a selection of easy listening music or simply enjoy the quiet and calm of the facility.

For the busy executive, we offer free internet access, pay telephone and fax services.

You will find the entrance to the lounge adjacent to Boots in the Departures Area shopping mall. The lounge is available for the use of both domestic and international passengers and is open from 0545hrs until 2230hrs seven days a week.

This is a non-smoking lounge and is not available for children under 14 years of age. We respectfully ask that smart casual dress be worn.

Special Assistance Handling

Please advise your tour operator, travel agent or airline of any special assistance or requirements you may have when you book your flight. Specialized equipment is available to assist non ambulant passengers to board and disembark the aircraft. There is no charge for this service with the majority of airlines. Passengers are requested to advise staff on check-in of all their requirements.

Disabled Facilities

At London Luton Airport we have designed our access and facilities with disabled passengers in mind. There is a designated accessible door for customers not wishing to use the revolving doors. Accessible toilets are available in all toilet bays.

Wheelchairs are available, free of charge, from 2 collection points. Induction loops are fitted into the customer services and special assistance desks and there are lowered payphones fitted with inductive couplers and touch text facilities. Porters assistance is available, free of charge, via the Special Assistance telephones sited in and around the terminal building.
