Cars are stored at Airparks Services which is 4.5 miles from the airport (10 minutes).

Transfers
Your car is collected and returned to the airport terminal. You are met at the departure terminal.

Arrival Procedures
You must call CPS on 0870411 11 18 to reconfirm details between half and hour and 24 hours after the booking has been made. (However at weekends CPS may have reduced staff, therefore it may be easier to reconfirm during office hours if booking is not imminenet). The information they require is: name, booking reference, flight numbers and times, terminal of departure, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, car colour, make, model and registration.

They will confirm all arrangements with you and advise of any supplements payable direct to CPS and collect these payments by debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted for additional supplements. On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where the uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to Airparks Services.

Departure Procedures
The car is waiting at the terminal for you on your return.

Directions
Meeting point will be advised by CPS when booking is reconfirmed.

Security Measures
Cars are stored at Airparks Services, which is a fully fenced floodlit site with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Disabled Facilities
Suitable service which can be used by disabled clients. Confirm disabled in remarks when booking.

Minimum Stay
3 days

Maximum Car Size
No mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Insurance
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at Airparks Services, subject to their terms and conditions.

Other Services Provided
Car valet/cleaning service and servicing bookable direct with CPS subject to availability.

Other Useful Information
CPS no longer charge any out of hour supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, CPS will confirm these on re-confirmation.
