We offer diners a combination of traditional favorites and imaginative new dishes, and you can choose from our daily table d’hote or seasonal a la carte menu. Our staff are professional and attentive to your needs making mealtimes a pleasure. If you're traveling with your children, you might find it reassuring to know that Hilton hotels are working with child nutrition expert Annabel Karmel and have created a new kids' menu. A new addition to what already is an outstanding hotel - the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill. This new restaurant has everything you'd expect from a traditional steakhouse, along with a large selection of grilled and roast meats, fish and classic English desserts, all with the quality you'd expect from Marco Pierre White. Here's a little taster - panache of sea scallops with smoked pork and apple, followed by a 10 oz rib eye steak that's been matured for 28 days, then finish off with a treacle tart. It's bound to be popular, so we advise booking a table early.

Directions
Here are the directions to the Doubletree by Hilton Bristol South-Cadbury House: From the north: travel south onto the M5, take junction 20 (Clevedon). Turn left at the first roundabout and turn left at second roundabout (B3133) and head for Congresbury. Travel for four miles then leave the village of Yatton behind you and the hotel is on the left. From the south: travel north onto the M5, take junction 21 (Weston S Mare). Follow the A370 to Congresbury. Follow the road through Congresbury to second set of traffic lights. Turn left for Yatton (B3133) pass the Garden Centre and hotel is on the right.
