I wish to book a hotel but with parking for more than 15 days. How do I do this?

In general (there are exceptions) there are no parking packages longer than 15 days. What you need to do is to select a 15 day parking package and then when you return you pay the car park directly at the daily gate rate for the extra days.

I booked online but haven't received a confirmation by email. What should I do?
If your booking was successful you should receive a booking confirmation by email almost immediately. You should print this off and use it as your hotel/parking voucher. If you do not receive a confirmation, then either your booking did not go through or you mistyped your email address. If you think this may have happened please email or phone us.

My computer crashed before I could print out the confirmation page? What do I do?
Don't worry, you will receive a parking voucher by email almost immediately. You can print that off and use it as your parking voucher.

How do I get from the car park to the airport?
All car parks that you can book online through us, provide transfers to and from the airport if required.

I only want to park for two days, can I book a 3 day mid stay car park?

Yes you can. Each car park has a minimum stay/charge. You can stay and book for less time but you will be charged their minimum stay/charge.

Do you own the car parks?
No. We make it possible to pre book online any car park at any of 20 airports around the UK. We are impartial, you choose the one that's best for you based on location, price, car park security or availability.

Can I amend my booking or cancel it if I decide not to travel?
No amendment charges apply. Bookings cancelled the day before departure will be charged £5. Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or after will be charged at the full cost. Click here for more information on amending or cancelling your booking.
