Directions
from the M23: Come off the M23 at junction 9 for Gatwick and follow signs to the South Terminal. Take the first left towards the South Terminal, down Buckingham Gate Road and then take the first left again. The hotel is situated along the road near Schumberger House. For customers arriving via public transport: Transfers run every 20 minutes, starting at 4am until midnight and are charged at £3 per person each way. Children under 12 travel free. To arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel, please call 01293 566300.  

Arrival at the hotel?
Drive to the Courtyard By Marriott and park in the hotel car park. The earliest check-in time is 3pm. Here are the directions to the hotel: Come off the M23 at junction 9 for Gatwick and follow signs to the South Terminal. Take the first left towards the South Terminal, down Buckingham Gate Road and then take the first left again. The hotel is situated along the road near Schumberger House. On arrival, please park your car in the hotel car park and proceed to check the vehicle in at the dedicated Maple Manor desk. Your car is then removed and parked in a secured compound by Maple Manor for the duration of your stay. Extra days parking are changed at £10.00 per day and are payable direct to Maple Manor when checking your vehicle into the car park.  

Morning of the flight?
The latest check-out time at the Courtyard By Marriott is noon. Maple Manor will be parking your car so all you need to do is transfer to the terminal. Transfers are available every 20 minutes, starting at 4am until 11.59pm and are charged at £3 per person each way.  

How do I collect my car when I return from holiday?
Returning home, please transfer back to the hotel where you car will be waiting for collection. Transfers are available every 20 minutes, starting at 4am until 11.59pm and are charged at £3per person each way. Extra days parking are changed at £10.00 per day and are payable direct to Maple Manor. You should have already been charged on arrival but if not, please be aware you will need to pay when collecting your vehicle.

Does the hotel serve food?
Soak up up the relaxed atmosphere in the Volare restaurant. It's easy to forget how close you are to the South terminal. Add a two-course meal to your hotel room package and you can choose from the hot buffet menu, which includes salads, soups and main courses. This ultra modern Mediterranean-stlye restaurant serves food between 6pm and 10pm. Alternatively, the Volare bar is an ideal place to relax with a drink and a light bite during the day. The bar opens at 11am and stays open until 1am.

More Info
The entire hotel is non-smoking. Kids eat free. Children up to the age of 12 eat free with a paying adult eating in the Volare Restaurant. Children will eat from the children's menu. No parking prior to stay and please note your car is taken off site to a secured compound for the duration of your stay.
