Arrival Procedures
Park in the arrivals area. Check-in at reception, hand-in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Departure Procedures
Call APH on 0800 3589444 before customs, for your transfer back to the car park. Follow signs to courtesy coaches on the lower levels. At the car park go to reception and pick-up your keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.

Check-in Time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transfered to the Airport.

Directions
Exit M23 at junction 10 (not junction 9 for Gatwick). At junction 10 take the A264 signposted East Grinsted. Continue on the A264 over 2 roundabouts. 3/4 mile past the 2nd roundabout turn right into a Shell petrol station. The entrance to APH is at the rear of the petrol station.

Disabled Facilities
Orange badge holders are recommended to use the short-term car parks on the airport site.

Maximum Car Size
Width restriction of 7.5ft or 2.5 metres. Height restriction 2.4 metres 7.5 ft. No motor homes. The car park is unable to carry bikes, surf/windsurfing boards, etc or items of a similar size on their transfer bus. They do accept ski's and golf clubs.
