Leave the M4 at junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow and Feltham. At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto the A4 Bath Road, following signs for Heathrow terminals 1 and 3. The hotel is about half a mile down the road on the left. For customers arriving via public transport: Transfers from terminals 1 and 3 to the hotel are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa every 20 to 30 minutes from 4.39am to 11.29pm. You need to catch bus H6. Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel and cost £4.50 per adult and 50p per child one way. Children under three travel free. The prices and the schedule are subject to change. Transfers from terminal 4 and 5 run every 30 minutes from 4:50am until 11:39pm, take bus H56. Transfers from terminal 5 are provided by the Hoppa between 4.42am and 12.17am every 20 to 30 minutes.
Arrival at the hotel?
You'll need to drive to the Premier Inn and park in the hotel car park. Overnight parking at the hotel costs £10. You can check in from 2pm.
Morning of your flight?
The latest check-out time is noon. You should park overnight at the hotel and take your car to Long Stay T1 and T3 in the morning.
How do I collect my car when I return from holiday?
When you return from holiday, go to the Long Stay T1 and T3 bus stop to catch the transfer bus back to the car park. Transfers run 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes. When you have collected your car, you should drive to the exit and hand in your parking voucher before you leave. If you come into terminal 4 or 5, catch the free Heathrow Express train to terminal 1 or 3, and transfer back to the car park from there.

The BarEst restaurant offers an a la carte menu and a variety of meal deals. These include kids' starters from 75p and kids' main courses from £3.95, or two courses for £4.25. The monthly adults' menu starts from £9.95 for two courses. There is also an all you can eat dinner buffet on selected evenings. Prices start from £5.95 for kids, including a drink, and £13.95 for adults. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 6am to 10.30am from Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 11.30am at weekends and on bank holidays. It is open for dinner from 5pm to 11pm from Monday to Friday, and from 5pm to 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The BarEst bar is open daily from 11am to 1am. Costa Coffee is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
