If you're flying from terminal 4 and want to park close by, you can't get nearer than Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 4. Transfers run every five minutes and take just three minutes, so getting to and from Heathrow Long Stay couldn't be much easier. CCTV, security patrols, security barrier and fence.

Transfers
Transfers to terminal 4 take three minutes. They run every five to seven minutes between 5am and 11pm. Outside these times, transfers are available on demand. Transfers are included in the price.

Arrival Procedures
At the entry barrier a ticket is printed showing your car registration number. Take the ticket and proceed to the zone indicated.

Departure Procedures
Go to bus stop 3 and wait for the transfer bus back to the car park. Drive to the customer services office next to the exit to have your ticket validated before you leave the car park.

Security Measures
The car park has barrier control, CCTV and holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Disabled Facilities
As well as disabled parking spaces, the car park has a transfer bus with a ramp for disabled passengers. Passengers who need to use this bus should ask at reception when they arrive at the car park, and the bus will be brought round. Similarly, when you return from holiday, you should call the car park and ask them to send the bus to pick you up.

Minimum Charge
3 days if staying over the weekend, otherwise 6 days.

Maximum Car Size
There is no height restrictions, although the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16 seater minibus. Please note if a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for 2 spaces. No commercial vehicle allowed.
