Transfers
Bus transfers are included in the price and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Transfers run every 10 minutes between 5.30am and 11pm and take 10 minutes. Outside these times, customers should request a transfer using the intercoms at the bus stops.

Arrival Procedure
The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking.

At the entry barrier your registration will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking details. The barrier will open, proceed to the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Departure procedure

Drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. The barrier will open and you may proceed out of the car park. If your booking reference is not printed on the ticket or you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Security Measures
Car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Comprehensive CCTV in place. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
