A shuttle, which is included in the price, operates every few minutes to terminals one, two and three between 5.30am and 10:30pm. Outside these hours transfers are available on request. Transfers from the terminal depart from outside arrivals at the Business Parking bus stops.

Arrival Procedure
The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. At the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking reference. The barrier will open. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Departure procedure

Drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. The barrier will open and you may proceed out of the car park. If your booking reference is not printed on the ticket or you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Terminals 4 and 5 bookings are not available at this car park. Due to size/security reasons, panel sided vans and minibuses are not accepted by law. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. This car park was branded as Pink Elephant. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
