Courtesy coach available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. During off-peak periods (11.30pm - 5am) please use the intercom at the bus stops to request a pick-up.
Arrival Procedure
The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. On arrival, drive up to the barrier. Your number plate will be read and a ticket showing your booking reference will be issued automatically. If the ticket is not issued automatically, please press the button for a ticket. Proceed to the indicated zone for an available space.
Departure procedure
Catch the grey transfer bus from the airport back to the car park and collect your car. The bus stop is marked Business Parking and is outside the valet parking office. If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, please go to the customer service window exit lane and present the ticket quoting your booking reference.
