Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day to Terminals 1, 2 & 3 every 10 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes between 04.45 and 23.45. An on request service operates outside these hours.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer.

Departure Procedures
To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at each Terminal to catch the Parking Express bus, for terminal 3 passengers, you should go to bus stop 17. On returning to your car, drive to Customer Services and Park. Hand over your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket.

Check-in Time
We recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check-in time to allow time to park and be transferred to the airport.

Directions
Exit the M4 at junction 4 following the signs for Heathrow Airport. Then follow the signs for the Long Term Parking, which takes you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Further signs will direct you to Parking Express.

Holders of the Secured Car Parks Award. The site is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, CCTV and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles.

Yes, low floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There is also a BAA help bus available if requested in advance.
