Arrival Procedures
Follow signs to terminal 2 departures, take the right hand lane to the end, report to our valet reception which is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1634.
Departure Procedures
Clear customs then call 0207 510 1634. Exit the terminal, turn left to the end of the concourse to our valet parking reception.

Terminal 2 - Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end, pass through the tunnel and follow signs for terminal 2 departures, take right hand lane to the end, our valet reception is 100 metres diagonally left. The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
