Arrival Procedures
Proceed toward departures staying in the far right lane, the Valet office is situated at the end of this lane with five parking spaces reserved. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk. Departure Procedures
Clear customs call 0207 510 1635. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops.

Directions
Terminal 3 [b]- Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs at the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for terminal 3 departures.
