Arrival Procedures
Our reception is located on arrivals floor. Follow signs for Valet Parking for lower level, third lane from the terminal building. Report to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1636.

Departure Procedures
After clearing customs, call 0207 510 1636. Exit the arrivals building, take third lane, turn right and our reception is at the end on the right hand side.

Directions
Terminal 4 - Exit M25 at J14 following signs on the roundabout for Heathrow A3113. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout continue straight ahead along the Southern Perimeter Road, following signs for Terminal 4. Take the slip road sign posted Terminal 4, following signs for Arrivals for lower level and our Valet Parking reception is located 3rd lane from the terminal building.

The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
