Parking your car at Heathrows terminal 5 has never been easier especially as once you drop your car off at the car parks reception you can just walk 5 minutes to the departure check ins. A member of staf will take your car to a secured car park. Its an ideal parking option if you have lost of luggage or if you just feel like some VIP treatment. Security featuress at Heathrow Meet and Greet are CCTV camera's, security barrier, fully fenced perimeter, security lighting and regular staff security patrols.
After clearing customs you are asked to call a given number that will give the car park staff time to bring your car to valet parking reception on the terminal forecourt awaiting your collection.

Arrival Procedures
Proceed up the ramp onto the departure level forecourt and stay in the far right-hand lane, follow this to the end where there are 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park here and proceed into the reception office in the centre of the concourse where you will booked in and a damage check of your car will be undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1633.
Departure Procedures
On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.

Directions
From M4 at J4 follow signs to T5. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for T5, continuing along the Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building. Exit M25 at J14A following signs to T5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. The Valet Parking Reception is situated on the upper forecourt of the terminal building.
