Transfers
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from all 4 terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. Please bear in mind that there is a reduced service between 00:00 and 04:00.

Arrival Procedures
On arrival you should park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the FREE transfer to the terminal.

Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Purple Parking on the free phone number given to you on check-in, make your way to the designated bus stand and the transfer bus will be along asap in order to return you to the car park. Please note: Due to extension work being carried out at terminal 3, all passengers landing at this terminal need to make their way to bus stop 8 at terminal 2 for collection.

Check-in Time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 45 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the airport.

Directions
Exit M4 at Junction 3 and follow the A312 north to Hayes. At the first roundabout turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road. Go straight over the mini roundabout and the road bears to the left over a canal. Brent Road is the next left by the used car lot. Purple Parking is at the end of Brent Road.

Purple Parking are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Maximum Car Size
No Limit, however, a low bridge on entry means nothing over 7'6" high can be accepted.

Parking is at owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park.

Our Chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket and will meet you halfway along the car lane outside Departures which is the furthest lane from the terminal.
