The reception building is situated within the departures forecourt. This car park offers 3 types of valet options, enter your dates into the booking form of the right to get the best prices. Security featuress at Heathrow Meet and Greet are CCTV camera's, security barrier, fully fenced perimeter, security lighting and regular staff security patrols. This car park also has the Park Mark security award for safe parking.

Heathrow Airport Valet Parking Terminal 1
Arrival
Terminal 1 - Follow signs to departures, go up the ramp, keep to the left-hand lane, down the slope and left into the valet parking bays. Report to reception. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 020 8976 9610.

Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

How do I get to the car park?
Terminal 1 - Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight ahead through the tunnel to the first set of traffic lights and then follow the signs for terminal 1 departures. Proceed up ramp, staying in the left-hand lane, down slope and left into the valet parking bays. Our reception is branded valet parking.
What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
You can pay for any additional parking time on your return. Rates for the car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an accurate cost of the extra days.
Do I need to hand my keys in?

Are there any disabled facilities?
Valet Parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.
Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
Trailers are not permitted. There is a height restrictions at Terminal 1 of 8 feet.
Is there anything else I need to know about the car park?
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of 00:00 and 05:00.
