Save time and hassle at Heathrow airport when you book the Official Heathrow Valet Parking service at terminal two. A driver will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secured car park while you're free to check in.

Arrival Procedures
Follow signs to terminal two departures, take the right hand lane to the end, and report to our Valet reception is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1634.

Departure Procedures
Clear customs then call 0207 510 1634. Exit the terminal, turn left to the end of the concourse to our Valet Parking reception.

Terminal 2 - Exit M4 at J4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end, pass through the tunnel and follow signs to Terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, our Valet Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. Security Measures
Your car is parked in the the Business Parking car park which holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Disabled Facilities
Valet Parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.

Maximum Car Size
Trailers are not permitted. There is a height restrictions at Terminal 1 of 8 feet.

Insurance
The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

There are 3 valeting options available. Transfers between Heathrow and Gatwick are also available. Please ask when re-confirming. Subject to availability

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of 00:00 and 05:00.
