Arrival Procedures
On arrival drive into the car park and park your car in one of the arrival lanes positioned by reception. Walk to one of the machines by reception and use the bar code scanner, the bar code can be found on your parking confirmation. The machine will print a key tag which you attach to your keys and also a ticket that you keep with you. Then hand your keys in at reception, your car will then be parked for you. This process should take minutes.
Departure Procedures
The transfer bus can be found at bus stop 12, when you arrive at the car park make your way to the check out building. Go to one of the machines and scan the ticket you were given on arrival. A map of the car park will appear on the screen showing the exact location of your car. If you have any issues simply press the help button and a member of staff will come to your assistance.
