Transfers
Transfers run 24 hours a day every 20 minutes and take approximately 15 minutes. You should normally allow 50 minutes to check-in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon rush hour you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays.

Arrival Procedures
Park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference, then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Departure Procedures
Call the Luton Airparks office on 01582 749495 after you have come through the arrivals lounge to arrange for your vehicle to be brought to the front of the departures building.

From the M1:
Leave the motorway at junction 10, following signs for the airport.
At the roundabout at the end of the motorway slip road turn right, following signs for the A1081 to St Albans.
After 500 yards take the next right towards Slip End, following signs for Airparks.
Turn left, following signs for Slip End and the B4540.
At the traffic lights in Slip End turn right into Grove Road.
Take the first left into the service road. Airparks is 100 metres further along on the right.

From the A1(M):
Take the A505, following signs for Luton and the airport.
At the airport roundabout go straight on, following signs for the M1, St Albans and the A1081.
At the roundabout at junction 10a take the first exit, following signs for the A1081 to Harpenden and St Albans.
After 500 yards take the next right towards Slip End, following signs for Airparks.
Turn left, following signs for Slip End and the B4540.
At the traffic lights in Slip End turn right into Grove Road.
Take the first left into the service road. Airparks is 100 metres further along on the right.

From the A5:
Leave the M1 at junction 9 and follow the A5 for Dunstable.
At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto the B4540, following signs for Luton.
As you enter Slip End, turn left at the traffic lights into Grove Road.
Take the first left into the service road. Airparks is 100 metres further along on the right.

Airparks is fenced and floodlit and has 24-hour patrols and CCTV.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.

Disabled Facilities
All buses are wheelchair accessible. The bus driver will be happy to help you with your luggage if you need help.

Maximum Car Size
Airparks cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. The maximum vehicle height allowed is 2.1m (7 feet).
