Arrival Procedures
Before you set off ensure you have the credit/debit card used to make the booking and a copy of your email confirmation (or have made note of your booking reference).
At the barrier place the payment card used to make the booking into the slot on the barrier control panel, which will recognise your booking. The barrier will raise automatically. Please remember to remove your card before proceeding to park your vehicle.
If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different one. Either show, or tell the attendant your booking reference number by pressing the buzzer at the barrier.

Departure Procedures
When exiting the park follow the same procedure used for entry.

Directions
Exit the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the right hand lane and follow the signposts for Terminal’s 1 and 3. You will see firstly the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by Bewleys Hotel, on your left hand side, and shortly afterwards will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead at the next (mini) roundabout. This will take you directly to the entrance to the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
