Meet and Greet Parking facility at Manchester Termianls 1-3 have been awarded the Park Mark Security award, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. The car park has modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, the car park is well-lit. Car parks that have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police to ensure standards are met.

Arrival
When you reach the entrance to the car park (signposted Valet parking), please press the help button and quote your booking reference number and name to a member of staff. Once parked, simply unload your luggage and enter the reception area to deposit your key. You will be given a receipt which you should keep safe for your return. Once you've unloaded your car and completed a vehicle check with the receptionist, follow the footpath into Terminal 1. Terminal 3 is a five minute walk away from Terminal 1

Return from holiday
Enter our Valet reception at Terminal 1 and present your receipt. Your key will be returned alongside the name of the row your car is parked in. Then cross the road behind the reception and your car will be in the arrivals car park waiting for you.

Directions
Leave the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminal 1. At the traffic lights, keep to the right. You'll see the Hilton Hotel on your left. At the next roundabout, follow signs for Terminal 1 arrivals. Keep in the left hand lane and the entrance to Meet & Greet parking (signposted Valet parking) is signposted ahead of you. Please note that the ‘No Entry’ sign is not applicable to Meet and Greet parking customers.

Are there any disabled facilities?
Valet parking is ideal for guests with a disability. There's no need for transfers you simply drive straight to the terminal and let someone else do the work for you.

Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
This car park has a maximum height restriction of 2 metres or 6 feet 6 inches.

Is there anything else I need to know about the car park?
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on your departure. The extra money will be at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be given for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
