The car park is a secured site which is fully fenced, protected by gates and patrolled by security staff. Part of the site is monitored by CCTV. Your keys will be kept in a safe away from where your car is stored.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival:

It is very important that you contact Drop and Go Parking on 01603 416404 at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to reconfirm all your details. Please telephone 07876 717674 approximately 20 minutes before you arrive at the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the drop-off/pick up point in the Short Stay car park where your driver will collect your car; please pass the ticket issued at the barrier to your driver. Your driver will be holding a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo. If your arrival time is going to vary by more then half an hour from your booked time, please call 07876 717674 to ensure your driver will be waiting for you on your arrival.

Departure:
When you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please telephone 07876 717674 to inform your driver. For our customers own safety during the peak season, we will meet you in the second aisle of the Short Stay car park. If you have a disability then please make your driver aware on contact and we will deliver your car to one of the disabled bays on the first aisle. If your return date changes, we will require at least 24 hours' notice to ensure we have your vehicle ready for your return.
