Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation please do not call the parking lot, click here to use our contact form. Be sure to choose "Cancellations" from the category menu and provide the information requested. We'll review your request
and respond within 24 hours.
If there is a change in your travel dates or times, you may continue to use your reservation within 7 days of your original departure date. If your trip is canceled, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice before your departure date to receive a refund of
the amount you paid online.
